To boost the NAD+ levels, Hello100 uses the following ingredients: liposomal NMN, Trans-resveratrol, Betaine (Trimethylglycine), Vitamin B12, and Folate. The formula we are using has been created in close collaboration with Dr. Emek Blair who has extensive experience in developing all-natural liposome formulas. To measure the impact of the unique formula, Hello100 has conducted a case study with 20 volunteers aged 27 to 44.

With the case study, the Hello100 team aimed to demonstrate the effects of its liposomal NMN on NAD+ levels. The team has designed a four-stage study (T0, T1, T2, and T3) which lasted 6 months.

During the whole course of the validation study, experts in molecular biology performed the analysis of longevity gene expression, paying close attention to the levels of NAD+ molecule and the Sirtuin genes (Sirt1-7).

Additionally, 13 longevity genes were measured: mTOR, AMPK, IGF1, PARP1, FOXO3, CERS1, APOE, CETP, APOC1, SOD2, KL, PIK3CA. We will be sharing more information about each of these genes in our upcoming blog articles.

Comparing the data collected after the three blood sampling stages, study researchers have witnessed a significant increase of NAD+ and Sirtuin genes after only one month of Hello100 Liposomal NMN consumption.

The First Stage Of The Case Study

(T0) August 6, 2021

The main objective of Hello100 founders was to test and establish the benefits of the liposomal NMN. Our friends, subscribers, and interested people who shared our vision volunteered to participate in the validation trial making an initial list of 25 people.

For the T0 stage, volunteers were advised not to consume NMN or any longevity food supplements for a clean picture of the longevity genes analysis. Though 6 out of 25 participants had a history of previously consuming NMN food supplements before the trial.

Moving on, experts in molecular biology conducted blood tests for each of the participants, listing out the results from the analysis. The researchers paid close attention to NAD+ levels and Sirtuins activity.

The Second Stage Of The Case Study

(T1) December 6, 2021

The second blood sampling stage (T1) was carried out 4 months later from T0. The aim was to measure NAD levels and selected gene expressions and understand the dynamics with no NMN, trans-resveratrol, or other longevity supplement usage.

It is worth mentioning that during the T1, some participants left the validation trial due to the winter holiday season and some of them got tested positive with Covid-19. Hence, the final number of volunteers was reduced to 20.

Comparing the blood test results from T0 and T1 (T0>T1),  the experts documented the following: 11 out of 20 participants demonstrated a decline in NAD+ levels and the majority had a slightly declined expression of some Sirtuin proteins.

After a week from the second blood draw, volunteers started the consumption of the Hello100 NMN. Hello100 contains 60 capsules and with 2 capsules per day, one Hello100 NMN bottle was sufficient for 30 days.

The Third Stage Of The Case Study

(T2) January 10, 2022

The most anticipated stage of the case study was the T2. Almost 30 days have passed since the start of the NMN consumption. Blood samples were collected on January 10th, 2022.

The experts in molecular biology commenced studying the results of the blood tests collected during the three stages of the trial.

The data from the case study indicated a positive effect of the Hello100 Liposomal NMN on the NAD+ levels and Sirtuins expressions.

Only 4 out of 20 volunteers demonstrated a slight decrease in NAD+ levels.

To better understand the possible reasons behind the minor decline, Hello100 has distributed a questionnaire for the volunteers.

Firstly, the Hello100 team needed to take into consideration the length of the participants’ sleep, the amount of physical activity, unhealthy habits, fasting, and nutrition. Secondly, Hello100 experts’ observations would be precise, being aware of the participants skipped the usage of the liposomal NMN+.

For the first purpose, we noted that case study volunteers followed well-designed and balanced nutrition, physical activity, and demonstrated better results in enhanced NAD+ levels and Sirtuins activity.

Plus, 9 of these participants complemented their healthy lifestyle with additional food supplements (particularly Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Fish oil).

For the second purpose, the data collected from the questionnaire displayed 5 participants who missed the intake of the Hello100 liposomal NMN from 3 to 5 times. 3 of these volunteers demonstrated reduced levels of NAD+.

The Fourth Stage Of The Case Study

(T3) February 9, 2022

Roughly one month after the last Hello100 NMN supplement pill was taken by the volunteers, the fourth stage of blood sample collection has been conducted. This stage aimed to evaluate NAD+ levels and monitor gene expression one month after Hello100 NMN supplementation was discontinued.

Remarkably, NAD+ levels remained elevated one month without NMN supplementation. The fact indicates that there is a certain degree of inertia in NAD+ levels following Hello100 NMN supplementation.


Concluding the case study data, only 1-month intake of Hello100 liposomal NMN is highly effective to increase NAD+ molecule levels and Sirtuin expressions. 

The liposomal formula of this NAD+ booster enhances cellular uptake and protects Hello100 liposomal NMN ingredients from harsh conditions in the gastrointestinal tract. 

Moreover, some participants of the case study also noticed increased energy, endurance, and better sleep while consuming liposomal Hello100 liposomal NMN supplement.
