- We will issue a full refund for unopened items returned within 60 days of receiving them.
- We will issue a 50% refund from the purchase price for the items that have at least 50% product remaining in the bottle.
Please, note that you will be responsible for the shipping and charges incurred when sending the product back to us, except if you need to return the product due to it being defective.
To arrange a return please follow these steps below:
#1 Contact our customer support via email@example.com including the product order number and the reason for the return.
#2 Wait for our customer support to contact you and give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) code and return delivery address.
#3 Upon receiving your RMA and returns address, pack your products safely and securely, attach your RMA on the package and send the package to the returns delivery address specified by customer support.
Within the USA, please, allow 7 days for your order to be processed and 7 to 10 days for the money to show on your balance.
For returns outside the US, the process may take from 3 to 5 weeks, and 7 to 10 days for the money to show on your balance.
